This agreement entitles you the undersigned to use the EYES
system for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days from the
date of signature. You may use the system in any way to evaluate
its suitability and/or usefulness for any application. The EYES
system remains the property of Predictions Software Ltd.
You the undersigned agree to use reasonable endeavors to ensure
the program is not copied or used by third parties except for
on-site evaluation purposes as directed by you.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE SYSTEM. PREDICTIONS SOFTWARE LTD
PROVIDES THE SYSTEM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND
PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM IS WITH YOU.
